Enjoyed the warm and accommodating atmosphere at Select Inn. The staff genuinely cared for my needs, especially regarding my elderly dad. They were polite and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I loved their friendly smiles that made an older hotel feel more welcoming. However, a few improvements are necessary. The room had significant wear with an ancient mattress and worn curtains. The linens were clean, but everything felt outdated. Breakfast was very basic, just bread with no fruit options. I’d recommend a first-floor room as the stairs may be tough for some guests. Overall, a pleasant stay, especially due to the staff, but the hotel needs some updates.

Our family had a wonderful time visiting Chahinkapa Park Zoo, where we saw tigers and bears together. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even checking for forgotten items like my kindle, which meant a lot to us during our stay with my mother.

My kids wished the pool was open for a bit of fun.

select inn was a pleasant surprise. the staff were friendly and helped me retrieve my lost kindle, which meant a lot to me. the indoor hot tub was just what we needed after a day of exploring. also, it was close to the downtown area, perfect for shopping and dining.
